What matters is:
1) She's of age.
2) She turns you on and will do what you want.
3) She's not "too much work."
4) She doesn't have a history of making allegations about sexual assault, physical f.abuse, harassment, stalking, etc. or doing those things herself. You don't need to be the target of her next round of allegations, or to be stalked, harassed, or abused yourself.
5) She won't give you a serious STD.
6) She drinks.
7) She's childfree.
8) She has no nexus to your work (unless you don't care about your job) or your family.

Remember, these women don't need to be marriage - or even girlfriend - material, so that opens up the possibilities. It doesn't matter if they're dating other men. Where are these women? Many places. Think of where attractive women will be but may not be in groups. You can run into them in the supermarket.
You can try hookup apps or websites, but any real, attractive women there are constantly bombarded by countless guys. If you can find an app or site that works for you with minimal effort and time on your part, that's great.
College area bars can be good, though if you're a student on that campus you need to be careful because guys can get kicked out of school if she later decides she wants to hurt you.
Hotel lobby bars can be excellent, especially near airports or convention centers. Just watch out for sex workers. These are places women who are visiting from out of town are likely to have a room upstairs and be looking for a good time, even a good time they would be too inhibited to try back home.
We can get more into how to close the deal in other entries. But you don't want to look desperate. In the bars, the best thing to do is sit and watch the television or something on your phone, or talk with the bartender, and look like you're waiting for a buddy to meet up with you (and that will be your story if someone asks). Hot women hate to be ignored, and if you do this enough, eventually you'll get hot women approaching you. Even if they mention it, DO NOT buy them drinks, especially if she is there with others. Tell her you don't buy drinks for women you don't know (if a woman specifically came to the bar to meet you, yes, you buy drinks for her, but not a "new" woman who approaches you in a bar). Every guy there might buy her a drink. If you don't "need to" buy her a drink, she might wonder what's different about you. From there, you want to move things back to her room or her place as soon as possible.
NOTE: Be sure to treat and tip staff well. If you don't drink, you can privately tell the bartender or server you want (shot) glasses full of things that LOOK like alcoholic drinks, but aren't. That's for YOU to drink, not her. You want women who drink, even if you don't.
